With a proper comfort zone grip and a lightweight body of the writing utensil, better writing control and legibility becomes a possibility. In the case of ball-point pens, 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm tip sizes; and for pencils it comes with lead of 4B, 6B and 8B grades are considered better. The news about Commonwealth Award to almnus of SMB Gita Senior School School (1962 batch) and Kurukurketra University (Physics MSc. 1968 batch) who also taught Physics at Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai (1975-83) and had received his first of 14 awards (1983), was carried out by Dainik Bhaskar on November 3, 2019.

Commonwealth Award for the year 2018 under the CASTME Award Scheme, supported by Findel Education Resources Awards, was accorded to the educational project of Dr. Lalit Kishore of Jaipur based at Disha Foundation which addressed the educational and social context of mathematics instruction at the school level under Pehchan Project of CULP in Niwai block of Rajasthan.

The award winning project report is about language of math which related to reading, speaking and communicating math which is relevant for developing math literacy and instructing people with dyscalculia - a learning disability.
