During the training, a follow-up programme was suggested to transfer training to classroom practice by the teachers.

In the daily training of four hours, teaching was seen as a combination of content, methodology and instructional material. During the training, the need for vocabulary acquisition, activity-based learning and leaning material in the form of word puzzles, activity sheets, visuals and concept maps was stressed.
