"Since rural government schools' girl students in Rajasthan had not been performing well in science, maths and English, it was thought to provide them academic support through the NGO sector for coming three months.For this, a workshop to crystallize a model of coaching was envisaged. Now, a model of coaching, CARM, has been crystallized with four steps through which the academic support project will be implemented," said the key resource person Dr Lalit Kishore while concluding the workshop.
