"Since the subjects at the senior school level are taught as disciplines consisting of facts, concepts, laws, principles and theories to link them to higher education, it was thought to train both teachers and students as co-participants in self-study skills such as reading-to-learn skills of outlining the text; reorganizing relevant text in concept matrix; linked noun webs and linked noun-verb webs; creating flow-charts and table charts of textual material and numerical derivations or sums; and visual illustration skill," said the resource person of the seminar.
