A lesson study is viewed as a quick formative classroom inquiry in which three or more teachers or other interested stakeholders (educators, pedagogues, psychologists, and caregivers) collaboratively discuss, plan, teach, observe, revise and share the results of a single class lesson called research lesson of 40 minutes to one hour.
