A training framework for Self-Development Training for the functionaries of Lok Jumbish was prepared and tried out under the guidance of CS Mehta assisted by MC Sharma and Lalit Kishore. The resource material was created for the training and and transacation done tat produced positive results and enhancement of spiritual inllegence of the resource persons and participants both. Training was also done for the teacher educators of teacher training colleges of Rajasthan.
