Dr Lalit Kishore, Assistant Commisioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangthan, Guwahati Region, was honoured with CASTME-RASIT Commonwealth Award for the year 1997/98 at the ceremony held in London on January 11, 1998. The educational innovation “ An experiment with in-service trainers in using paper as a material for STM integration at elementary school level” was deemed fit to win the acclaim.
