According to Kishore (2019), the content analysis of the invitation to the teachers' centre reveals that the need analysis for capacity building was continuous process, and there existed a list of activities that was intimated for the choice making. Experience sharing and case analysis also formed the part of sessions along with hands-on workshops. The list of Spring Term course for which I was getting training on School Technology at National Centre for School Technology, Nottingham, I found “Project and Topic Work” of my interest.
