Kishore (2018) explains the concept of anthroposophy through an ABC verse as follows: A: Awakening of an individual to fully conscious and all-inclusive or holistic thinking / B: Basing daily and work life on humility of life-long learning for self-development or continuous improvement through daily self-reflection and self-observation / C: Considering mind as non-physical entity to be taken to higher levels beyond the linear logical mind / D: Discovering and rediscovering the non-physical or spiritual source of physical or material world / E: Evolving spiritual self through meditation, concentration, equanimity, amity, compassion, empathy and service as pro-action for realizing the universal spirit
