Need for teacher orientation and training on short video making and on-line teaching skills

The first requirement is to build capacity of teachers to produce high-quality short instructional videos of duration of 10-15 minutes. In fact, the research on video-driven or direct on-line learning, suggests that the student-engagement drops off by 6 minutes in on-line learning for most of them.
