In the art of six sigma management (SSM), the management relies on a closed – loop system (CLS) in which both internal and external feedbacks are used to correct actions and ensure success. The internal feedback in SLS measures the activities inside the process while external feedback relies on measurement of outcomes, satisfaction of beneficiaries or clients and extent to which goals have been met.
