According to the concept note of the seminar, "Faculty members are not only meant to be an educators, but they are also expected to play the role of a visionary, an efficient administrator, a role model for students, a mentor for teaching and non-teaching staff and a brand ambassador for parents. A faculty is expected to foster a positive climate for institutional development. As an effective leader, faculty needs to adopt stakeholder perspective wherein student-centricity assumes paramount significance."
