A lesson study was undertaken with undergraduate students learning through English medium for expressive language arts of six-word nano poetry and micro syllabic poetry of haiku which has Japanese origin. Such language art based short posts prepared on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, have revealed better understanding of Vedic philosophy and thoughts.
