Since self-awareness and social awareness of children with special needs is under-developed, for early intervention groups when posture correction and fine-motor activities are attempted through demonstration and assisted practice, social distance of learning or proxemics has to be intimate, from 0 cm to 30cm. This restricts the hyper-activity of the special kids and enhances attentiveness
