In a middle level functionaries of an Education-for-All project in Rajasthan, the following topics were discussed: knowing the essentials of reform or project; participatory management, monthly and daily planning; activity planning chart; personnel planning chart; support and guidance activities that involve a continuing flow of instructions, examples, guidelines, ideas comments and suggestions to others; horizontal and vertical job exchanges; action learning through reflection and review meetings; and daily cash flow and cash book completion.
