Kishore (1999) explained to the participants at a two-day workshop that experience was the raw material for learning that needed to be analysed for constructing and codifying knowledge, and practice enough to internalize it. In other words, real learning happens by reflecting on the experience to distill knowledge and making it part of working memory.
