According to Kishore (2019), An advance organizer can be seen as relevant information, norms, standards, requirements that are presented prior to a developmental activity to be implicated into the activity to keep it on course. For curriculum development of road safety as a part of elementary school level contextualized part of environmental studies curriculum, an attempt was made to decide about the advance organizers like needs assessment; designing theme-based curricular framework ; developing learning package with activity sheets, worksheets and project work; teacher training module; and school-made teaching aids.
