According to Kishore (2007), success without ethics is short-lived. Both the employers and employees know it well. At work-place, success comes through various dimensions like technical, professional, social, psychological and ethics. If any one dimension is missing, than every success is quick failure. And, young India is no exception. But, youth should not forget that at end of the day, it is the character that ensures the success.
