Educator demonstrates that science and low level technology can be taught effectively with no-cost material like reed

Kishore (1989) carried out a designed intervention with activities sheets to impart systematic process-based science and low level technology experiences to grade six students leading to student’s enhanced understanding of science. The intervention was rated as an educational innovation by the Commonwealth Association of Science Mathematics and Technology Educators (CASTME). The intervention validated the precept of doing science with readily available material and make learning of science process based at middle school level.
