Kishore (2018) suggests a simple 3X3 lesson study technique consisting of two components consisting of three elements each, namely, a triad of teachers and educators (3-member study team) to evolve the lesson plan with equal stake; and a three-stage cyclic process is follows for the study consisting of designing the lesson; transacting the lesson with observations; and reflective session to improve the lesson plan.
