Kishore (2018) describes school-based learnership as ABC poem which goes like this:"A: Assuming school as work place of students mastering learning processes and skills / B: Both teachers and students viewed as co-learners / C: Centrality of a learning programme with subjects as the means to acquire proficiency in learning skills / D: Deeming action learning as main approach to learning / E: Evaluation is terms of demonstration of learning or the ability to teach others what the student has learnt"
